Meditation – How To Clear Negativity
It does not matter how positive a person you may be, as we live from day to day it is virtually impossible not to pick up negativity from our environment. We are constantly bombarded by
- bad news on the media; wars, crime, financial crisis – there seems to be no end to it
- people are constantly stressed and under pressure – work, financial, relationships – which results in a transferance of aggression – usually on those nearest and dearest
- pollutants in the environment
You get the picture.
What Can I Do?
Fortunately, there is a simple solution to bring back the balance to your life. Meditation is not a difficult or complicated thing. Find a quiet spot, make yourself comfortable – either sit straight in a chair or lie down flat and put this movie on. Breathe naturally and let it take you to a place of peace and tranquillity where you can let go of all negativity and recharge your batteries. All it takes is a little time and discipline. Not easy when you’re rushing to meet deadlines or get the kids off to school, I know.
Transform Your Life
The thing is – can you afford not to take just 10 minutes out of your busy schedule? Go and lock yourself in the bathroom. Get up 10 minutes early or go to bed 10 minutes later. Don’t watch that soapie – it’s only full of crazy drama anyway which just adds to the negativity you’re trying to get rid of! Once you get into the habit of meditation you will be amazed at the difference in your life. You will be much better able to handle the stresses of day to day living and will find more enjoyment in everything. In fact, you’ll find that you have more time on your hands because life will begin to flow better for you.
