How To Manage Stress
Stress is not necessarily a bad thing in our lives – but not having the ability to manage it is. Often in times of hardship the biggest problem we face is how to manage the stressful situation we are experiencing. This can start us on a downward spiral and unless we are shown how to manage that stress, the situation can end up getting worse and worse, eventually leading to illness and the start of disease.
